Sound familiar?

You're not lazy.
Your life is just really full.

You identify as a runner. Running is your therapy, your stress relief, the one part of the day that's completely yours. But somehow, weeks keep slipping by.

It's not motivation you're missing. It's a plan that actually survives contact with your real life - the late meetings, the exhausted evenings, the weekends that disappear.

A day in the life of a busy runner
6:15 am
Alarm. "Could I run before the kids wake up?" Second thought: "I'd need to be back by 6:45." You scroll instead.
12:30 pm
Open Strava. See a colleague ran 8 miles this morning. Feel a familiar pang. Close the app. Open Reddit instead.
3:00 pm
Meeting overruns. Your 4:30 run window is closing. You do the mental maths. Dinner. Kids. Tomorrow's deadline. You decide not to run.
7:45 pm
Kids in bed. Decision fatigue is total. You open an app. Close it. Go to bed feeling like you failed at something you never committed to.
Saturday
You run. It feels amazing. You think: "I don't know why I don't do this every week." You mean it. You won't run again until Wednesday.

"The problem isn't starting over. It's the gap between who you are as a runner and what your week actually allows. ZenRUN closes that gap."

Let's be clear

This is not another
running program.

This is not

  • A rigid 12-week training plan
  • About running bigger miles
  • Hustle culture with a calmer name
  • Built for competitive runners
  • Another thing to feel guilty about
  • "Just wake up an hour earlier"

This is

  • A plan that adapts when life changes
  • About staying connected to running
  • Flexible, not fragile
  • Built for real, busy, everyday runners
  • Permission to be human and still run
  • Running that survives your bad weeks
The real reason you skip runs

It's not willpower.
It's decision fatigue.

By the time you've made a hundred decisions at work and at home, deciding whether to run - when to run, how far, what session - can feel impossible.

ZenRUN removes the thinking. Each week, I build your plan around your actual life. You just open it and go. No more standing in your running gear, staring at your phone, wondering if today counts.

"You're not paying for motivation. You're paying to have the mental load taken care of - so running becomes the easy part of your day."

And when life gets busy (and it will), your plan adjusts. Missing a run is not failure. It's just Thursday. We adapt, and you keep moving forward.

What real runners say

The voices behind
600 episodes.

Real runners from the ZenRUN Podcast - talking about what running actually means to them. Not medals. Not pace. Something much more important.

"It's my therapy. The one time in the day where I'm not thinking about everything else. It's the only thing that's mine."
ZenRUN Podcast guest - busy parent, recreational runner
"I don't care about being fast. I just want to be the person who actually goes when the alarm goes off - without a 20-minute argument with myself."
ZenRUN Podcast guest - working professional
"I need it for my mental health more than my physical health. When I don't run, I'm just not in equilibrium."
ZenRUN Podcast guest - returning runner
"Success is when I don't have to check my watch to know if it was a good run. I just feel like 'me' again."
ZenRUN Podcast guest - everyday runner

This is who ZenRUN coaching is built for. If you heard yourself in any of those words - you're in exactly the right place.

Your coach

Hi, I'm Michelle.
Running saved my life. Three times.

I'm not a running influencer. I'm someone who has been running consistently since 1994 - through weight loss, through leaving an abusive marriage, through the darkest years of parenting - and running has been my constant through all of it.

I didn't just read about the mental health benefits of running. I lived them. That's what I bring to every coaching relationship - not just training theory, but a deep understanding of what running gives a person when life is hard.

The way I run now - flexible, joyful, completely sustainable - is exactly how I coach.
