        I use AI trained in the ZenRUN coaching methodology to help me work more efficiently, so I can spend my time actually coaching you.  

        Every plan is shaped by my 30 years of experience, your intake form, our conversations, and your weekly feedback.
        The AI helps with the mechanics - the coaching comes from me.  

        Think of it like a chef using a food processor: the tool helps, but the expertise and personal touch are what make it work. No two plans are ever the same.

        Fill in the intake form, we have an intake call, and then you receive your first week's plan. Every week after that, you'll get your next week's plan adjusted to your life. 

        I check in with you each week (email, voice memo, or WhatsApp) to keep you supported and on track. I typically respond within 24 hours.
