Fill in the intake form, we have an intake call, and then you receive your first week's plan. Every week after that, you'll get your next week's plan adjusted to your life.
I check in with you each week (email, voice memo, or WhatsApp) to keep you supported and on track. I typically respond within 24 hours.
We choose a start date that works for you after your intake call.
You get full access while you're coaching. If you ever stop coaching, you can continue Club access at a reduced rate.
